Maverick Distribution is the local Non-Alcoholic Beverage, Snack, Tobacco, Vape, and Kratom distributor located in Omaha, NE. We currently carry over 4,500 items to help keep our customers' shelves full and to build brands in the Nebraska and Iowa markets.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the independent smoke shop and convenient store channel. Current book of business is a mix of Omaha/Fremont/Council Bluffs customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Sell and promote company products and services to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Plan and execute sales calls and visits to customers
• Coordinate and execute new product placement and education
• Ensure that all customer orders are accurately processed
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 2+ years of tobacco/vape/kratom/beverage experience, preferably in a retail, route sales, or manufacturer role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
