Willow Glen Terminal LLC (WGT) is a bulk liquids terminalling company based in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. Commissioned in early 2022, the 400 acre campus offers a unique opportunity to reuse, rebuild, and repurpose legacy infrastructure into a multicommodity storage and production hub. WGT is seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Business Development position. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for customer acquisition, customer relations, revenue development, revenue maintenance to support the Company’s strategic goals and financial requirements. The Director of Business Development will identify potential commercial opportunities through market research, industry discussions, cold calls, and economic analysis. This position will also manage the company’s marketing efforts including website, press releases, and related activities. This position will report to the Vice President of Business Development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Business Development: Overseeing business development projects as it relates to terminalling and storage services and the development of associated financial models for potential projects.
• Business Cases and Financial Models. Developing business cases and financial models to assess attractiveness of opportunities for commercial viability and strategic fit.
• Contract Preparation and Negotiation. Preparing customer contracts and negotiations for business development activity.
• Business Expansion Opportunities. Facilitating business growth by identifying new business opportunities and evaluating potential investments, acquisition candidates and strategic partnerships; and leading efforts to implement these opportunities.
• Market and Trends Analysis. Conducting business intelligence research and identifying and evaluate market conditions or changes in the industry that may provide business growth opportunities.
• Networking. Establishing and maintaining a network of business relationships with Renewable Feedstock, Petrochemicals, Refiners, Producers, Traders and other appropriate personnel.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bulk-liquids terminalling, shipping, or refining.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent professional experience (MBA preferred).
• Prior experience working with legal documents and performing economic analyses.
• Travel required.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
