We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Fit Specialist!

As a Sales Fit Specialist, you will have the opportunity for exceptional career development. In this key role, you will work with our customers, understand and assess their personal riding needs, and fit them with the perfect Harley motorcycle.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers with enthusiasm
• Input the prospect information into the computer & update information daily
• Identify the customer's needs
• Conduct demo with customers to verify the proper bike
• Defer any customer discussions regarding price to the Assistant Sales Manager
• Present the features and benefits for all products to customers
• Show each customer advantages of products versus competing brands
• Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
• Conduct the assigned number of outbound sales calls each week
• Assure that all customers are introduced to a manager

Requirements:

• Love of motorcycles and contributing to the success of the team
• Be an outgoing, energetic people-person
• Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful
• Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling
• Valid Driver's License with Motorcycle endorsement – or willing to obtain M-endorsement

Income:

• Full-Time position at 40 hours/work week (Business is closed on Sundays) o During Summer hours, Saturdays are required with one weekday off
• Earn between $30,000 to $70,000 with sales commission
• Vacation and holiday pay available
