Sales Support / Customer Service

RiverCity Print & Imaging is a full-service graphics communication company seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual who will support our sales team and help our customers. We are honored to have held strong roots within the community for over 40 years and pride ourselves on being a complete source for our clients' communication needs.

Working alongside the Sales staff to assist in our sales efforts, the Customer Service / Administrative Support person will:

• Research products and services for customer events, projects and their corporate environment.
• Assist customers in person, by telephone, and online to ensure that their needs are being met.

We are a small, close-knit staff who love what we do and enjoy coming into work each day. We are looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded individual who is ready and willing to work hard to promote companies and brands they can believe in and fully support.

Qualifications

• Proficient research skills
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Be responsible, organized and detail oriented
• Be driven, ambitious, and eager to learn from hands-on-experience
• Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Be able to work with a variety of different personalities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), InDesign and other Adobe products
