Exegistics and Exegistics Staffing Solutions is seeking a Staffing Branch Manager for our Louisville, KY location!

Job brief

We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and proper branch operations.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities

· Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales

· Work with the Account Manager to assess local market conditions and identify current as well as prospective sales opportunities

· Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to track and ensure branch profitability

· Generate 3-5 Account Management meetings with existing client and key contacts per week.

· Drive 1-2 new Business Development opportunities per week

· Meet goals and metrics.

· Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

· Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

· Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

· Manage payroll for the branch’s temporary associates as well as internal employees.

Requirements

· Proven experience managing a staffing team and operational oversight of the branch/location.

· Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

· Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.

· Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

· Excellent organizational skills

· Results driven and client driven.

· Leadership and human resources management skills

· BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
