Our sales representative will be responsible for managing current accounts by maintaining relationships and overseeing product sales, allocation and accurate order fulfillment to ensure weekly quotas are met. The sales team is responsible for handling military & law enforcement specific inquiries and fielding repair and service requests. Sales representatives are also tasked with identifying new markets to grow Heretic’s network of dealers, evaluating new dealer applications and onboarding new accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the product
• Provide exceptional relationship management to existing dealers
• Meet weekly sales quotas
• Prepare and send accurate invoices and track payment status
• Order fulfillment and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Maintain database with dealer information and order history
• Manage and field dealer-related service emails and phone calls
• Acquire new dealers to build a quality product distribution network
• Monitor and forecast order volume of current and potential dealers, ensuring the appropriate balance between production and distribution is maintained.
• Assist with monitoring product trends and recommending popular SKUs.
• Monitor industry needs and competition trends, including pricing, new products, and merchandising techniques
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Assure that dealers meet brand standards for product pricing, display and marketing
• Travel as needed
• Attend trade shows
• Professionally represent Heretic Knives in all arenas
• Contributes to team effort by performing related tasks as needed

The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:

• 3+ years of B2B product sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting targets in previous sales roles
• Candidates with working knowledge of Heretic Knives, the knife industry, or a similar product will be given additional consideration
• Trade show experience preferred
• Organized & self-motivated
• Charismatic, with good verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking/problem solving abilities
• Curious - asking smart questions comes naturally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
