Full description of the position

Looking for someone who is eager to make over 100K per year! This position is guaranteed a salary with commission.

Assisting in consultation of new homes sales & marketing within single/multiple communities using TimberCraft Homes standards and processes. Helps to ensure that customer satisfaction and quality are maintained throughout the selling process by implementing TimberCraft policies and procedures.

As a Community Sales Associate, you’re expected to perform the initial sales consultation as well as take complete and total care of the community in which you’re assigned as well as its model and spec home appearance and condition. It’s your job to help make sure each spec is ready to sell which includes but is not limited to – maintaining marketing materials, cleaning (inside and out), double checking accuracy of information on third party marketing sites and marketing the homes on social media.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekends required, with an additional 3 weekdays
  • Create and post content on social media with the marketing team.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by management.
  • Maintain “Market Ready Homes” in your community
  • Desire to study, practice, and improve on sales material and presentation
  • Record keeping including but not limited to contracts, agenda, releases, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and other employees.
  • Weekly updates for pre-sale customers REQUIRED
  • Track all communication with the CRM system.
  • Perform presentations, lunch meetings, or community walk throughs with real estate agents and brokerages to increase marketing.
  • Help maintain the website and third-party listing sites by collecting construction update photos and communicating with the Marketing department.
  • Have grit! Be ready to learn and make sales!
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to increase traffic to the community and achieve sales and company goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to use a CRM system, Adobe, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments and closings.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
