Our firm is seeking Realtors who are passionate about real estate and committed to providing excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidates should possess a proven track record of success in a sales role and have the desire to help their clients buy and sell properties. This position will allow candidates to utilize innovative technologies and state of the art homes to generate the most exposure possible.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with clients on behalf of the sellers or buyers.
• Provide information about the house to potential buyers or sellers.
• Prepare house for sale or purchase.
• Read and interpret property data for clients.
• Prepare and submit paperwork for real estate transactions.
• Prepare reports and projections for property sales.
• Review any purchase contracts with a client before it is signed.
• Answer questions and provide advice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,363.00 - $87,954.00 per year
