Are you a Leader and ready to take the next step? Would you like the Independence and Excitement that comes from running the hottest fitness studio in town? HOTWORX is looking for a General Sales Manager. This position will have a base pay plus commission.

HOTWORX is 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio and is the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Barre, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Our ideal candidate would have previous sales experience along with management experience is highly preferred. Another requirement is a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best, so fitness needs to be a driving factor in your life. You will be the FACE of HOTWORX.

This will be a salaried position (base plus commission and bonuses). The earning potential is unlimited if certain membership and quota goals are met. We currently have 2 open studios and will be opening more. There is significant growth potential for the right person!

Work times will vary. Our GM will not just be in the studio alone, there will be 2 - 4 other Sales Associates on your team that you will hire/manage. Community outreach and being outside of the studio promoting HOTWORX will be part of this job, outside of studio hours. Studio staffed hours are: M-Th 11am-8pm, F 9am-6pm, and Sat 11am-4pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mobile, AL 36608: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
