Full description of the position

The Consumer Advisor is responsible for pre-qualifying leads and appropriately dispersing qualified clients to the correct department. In this role, the Consumer Advisor continues to follow-up with potential clients that are listed in the system and will also assist in walking clients on to their scheduled webcast. The main goal of the Consumer Advisor role is to educate the clients on the timeshare market, guide the client to the correct department to find a solution that fits their needs, and assist in successfully walking clients on to the WWPT webcasts.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Pre-qualifying customers and dispersing them to the correct department • Appropriately managing leads that enter the system • Book and complete follow-up appointments with prospective customers • Successfully educate and provide instructions for signing in to the WWPT webcast to clients • Maintain lead tracking database • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered • Meet daily and weekly quotas/goals • Regular and consistent attendance • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, self-starter • Strong internet and computer software skills • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Proven customer service skills • Proper note taking abilities • Ability to effectively manage time while at work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
