We are an outsourced marketing firm call center used by multiple law firms across the country. Our team helps source and screen personal injury leads for lawyers to retain and represent potential claims.
Quintessa is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated Call Center Sales Supervisor to join the team. These qualified candidates will lead, develop, and retain a talented group of Intake Specialists responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all potential customers.
What you’ll do:
Our Call Center Sales Supervisor will serve as an active liaison between our company and its employees. The successful candidate will relay company goals, quality standards, and processes & procedures to the representatives through servant leadership.
You will manage a team of 10-15 people while working in a positive atmosphere that promotes professional development, extensive training and monthly bonus incentives. As a manager, you’ll build sustainable relationships and engage employees by taking the extra mile providing constant feedback through one-on-one and group coaching sessions, retaining and developing talent, listening to identify their needs, clarifying information, and being solution-focused.
What we require:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume, quota driven sales environment
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Be able to effectively connect with different personality types, ages, and backgrounds
- Ability to maintain professionalism, focus, and determination with customers
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Scheduled Shifts:
We are open 7 days a week from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Available shifts are 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday-Friday, plus every 3rd weekend.
Experience:
- Call center management: 2 years (required)
- Sales Environment: 2 years (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
