NDC, Inc. - Sales Trace Coordinator
Location: Nashville, TN
Position Summary:
This position facilitates the process of receiving sales tracing data from distributors. Will establish good working relationships with dealers. Cross reference and assist with maintenance of data related to end-user sales tracings through NDC Dealers.

• Provide support to members (via phone and/or email) in accordance with timing requirements established by management
• Provide assistance in filling out the upload template for members to properly submit their sales trace data
• Work with distributors to correct errors in sales tracing data
• Cross reference member sales trace data to Company’s standard items, units of measure, and end users
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:*

• At least High School diploma
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience interfacing with external stakeholders via email, telephone, and video

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of healthcare manufacturers and products
• Understanding of healthcare contracting
• Experience managing customer issues via ticketing system
