We are a community-focused insurance agency seeking both experienced and non-experienced people that are teachable and ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and securing new business using available product-specific leads, cold calling, and participating in local networking efforts.
• Helping office staff with customer service requests and retention of accounts.
• Work towards renewal income, unbelievable retirement, and agency ownership.

Requirements:

• MUST have a positive attitude and be willing to embrace and handle challenges head on. We want problem solvers not complainers.
• MUST be a self-starter and goal driven.
• MUST have OR be willing and able to obtain a state Life Insurance license.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (preferred, but not required)
• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, or outbound tele-sales experience (preferred, but not required)
