Full description of the position

As Sunrun's Southwest LA branch continues to expand, we are looking for skilled In-home Solar Sales Consultants (active HIS license is REQUIRED).

The Southwest LA territory includes but is not limited to: Santa Monica/Beverly Hills as far east as Montebello and all the way down to Rancho Palos Verdes and Long Beach. This is a huge region with an abundance of solar qualified homeowners interested in going solar.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent Sunrun as a Solar In-home field sales consultant or In Retail Store Appointment Setter.
  • Drive increased awareness of our residential solar products
  • Qualify prospective customers for residential solar solutions, sign up and get to install
  • Meet team and individual pre post-sales goals
  • Support community marketing events

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who is both mission and commission motivated
  • Access to reliable transportation in order to travel reliably to customers homes or Stores, within a 30 mile radius
  • Ability to consistently work all days of the week, including weekends, evenings and holiday shifts.
  • Prior customer facing, sales or field marketing related experience is required and an HIS License will be needed if you do not have one. (Consultant role only)
  • Bilingual is a plus. (Mandarin and Spanish).

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
