Massage Envy Legacy, located at 168th St & Center Rd, is searching for a Full Time Assistant Manager to help a team of individuals whose focus is on sales and customer service success. This position's base rate is $17-19/hr, plus commission potential to earn up to $5.00/hr additional.

The ideal candidate for this position needs to be comfortable with sales, handling customer service issues, and coaching and developing a team.

They must be responsible and dependable, have a solid work ethic, and have a strong self-motivation to succeed.

They must be available to work days, evenings and weekends to help ensure supervisor coverage throughout our open hours.

Previous lead, supervisory or management experience is a plus, but a proven track record of longevity in previous positions is essential.

This position has a base hourly rate, plus performance bonus potential. Paid vacation, monthly massages/facials, discounted retail, retirement plan with employer match, and access to medical, dental, vision and supplemental insurances are available.

Position description:

Assist manager with oversight and development of front desk employees
Ensure Sales Performance and Customer Service goals are met
Inventory management
Assist in hiring process of new Front Desk Associates
Assist in training & mentoring of Front Desk Associates
Monitor key processes at the front desk to ensure quality
Exhibit leadership ensuring strong customer service and sales skills of the front desk team by monitoring and mentoring team member activity
Being a key leader in promoting a positive and communicative environment
Maintain strong performance as a Sales Associate to be an example to the team in areas of performance, attitude, confidentiality and professionalism
Monitor clinic performance using reports and communicating information in key areas to clinic manager and owner.
Being a key player in event and promotion coordination for the clinic
Assist in retail promotions (product of the month, product promotions, etc.)
Other duties and assigned or developed based on needs of clinic and strength of employee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
