Full description of the position

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. As our newest marketing/salesrepresentative you will market prosepcts while getting your insurance license. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. We market enough for you to present 8 times per day. That does not happen in any other agency!

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Generate and develop insurancequotes,
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Provideexceptional customer service.
  • man booths at events to generate business
