Description:

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and grow new and existing client relationships. This is a position that requires a team player with strong communication skills and preferably a background in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our catalog of 1,000+ quality products, as well as incentives.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories
• Assist with challenging client requests

Experience and Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager
• Demonstrable ability to achieve customer satisfaction
• Solid experience with Excel and Order entry
• Previous relationship management
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Monday- Friday Plus Overtime
