Full description of the position

We are seeking a Taskforce Sales Manager to join our Team with a starting Wage up to $80,000!

HomeTowne Studios has been a leader in providing quality extended hotel stays. The company manages hotels in 20 different states. Our HomeTowne properties were renovated in 2018 and we continue to improve the quality as well as the guest and employee experience. By enhancing our properties and training techniques, we have made our managed hotels a better place for our guests to stay and a better place for our employees to work.

Specific Requirements:

  • Under general direction, conduct sales activities within assigned territory or group of hotels to augment the existing sales business and focus on new business development.
  • Demonstrate initiatives in-market and remotely to scout new opportunities and reapproach existing clients for additional business resulting in incremental revenue.
  • Manages and negotiates account details and contracts so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented in Salesforce.
  • Partner with operations to ensure full participation in servicing accounts.
  • Ensure all due dates and deadlines are met and documented in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Travel up to 50% anywhere in the continental US.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Preferably 1 year experience in extended stay hotel sales.
  • Ability to navigate and use systems to their advantage, including but not limited to Salesforce Lighting and Hotel PMS.
  • Experience at successfully increasing revenues and delivering results.
  • Ability to operate independently, with minimal direction and exceptional support.
  • Valid Driver's license required to Travel within assigned area.
  • Compensation will be compensatory with experience.
