We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to activelyseek out and engage retail prospects. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and an understanding of strategic account management. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficient negotiation tactics, and basic knowledge of Cannabis, CBD, and Hemp. You will significantly expand our customer base within the US marketplace in this role. Responsibilities

• Quickly learning our brand and products inside and out to assist
• Controlling complete sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Making quality prospecting calls, including cold calls and emails, while responding to inbound emails and calls from new and existing customers with excellent customer service.
• Maintaining all sales activity, including customer information, andappointmentsWe is maintaining unity information.
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products. At the same time, develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• You are achieving sales goals by exceeding monthly and weekly sales & activity targets (the more you sell, the greater you'll earn).
• We coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
• Be flexible in adapting to change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.

Requirements

• Ideally,1-3 years of experience in professional phone sales or relevant experience.
• Desire and passion for learning about our brand, products, and the CBD/hemp industry to educate current and potential customers.
• Ability to make 40+ calls per day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, confident, upbeat personality).
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Deadline, detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented, andconsistently driven to exceed customer expectations.
• Time management and organization skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Operates effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Cannabis, CBD, and Hemp sales experience is considered a vital asset but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
