Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers to set up preventative maintenance work
• 20-40 calls per day
• Follow up opportunities
• Enter orders in the system and process
• Receive inbound repair calls from new and existing customers and process orders accordingly
• Ensure all parts for the orders are available
• Coordinate with warehouse and scheduling for staging and dispatch
• Verify correct pricing for contracts
