Description:

With over 30 years of experience in the martial arts industry, All Star Martial Arts is looking for motivated individuals to join our mission in helping people of all ages achieve their personal goals. Enrolling kids, teens, and adults in bully prevention, self-defense, life skills, fitness, and more, our program directors take pride in their opportunity to help people grow!

Daily Responsibilities of Our Program Directors Include:

• Enroll members in All Star programs
• Lead students by example demonstrating traits such as perseverance, integrity, and confidence
• Maintain a sanitary and efficient work/training environment at their assigned martial arts academy
• Complete marketing efforts to educate and engage the community
• Attend weekly staff trainings/debrief meetings
• Contribute to the sale of memberships, merchandise, and special events
• Consistently maintain a schedule each week that ensures availability M-F from 2:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ideal Candidate will be a self starter, coachable, and carry a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North Little Rock, AR 72116: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
