CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT ROLE


Call Center Management position just opened with Capital Heating Cooling & Electric. We are locally owned and operated in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role is responsible for continued growth & development of a team of sales and service representatives to improve performance and ensure a consistent, productive, 5-Star experience for both internal and external customers. HVAC experience is NOT necessary.


Position Summary:
  • Managerial Level Revenue and Appointment/Booking responsibilities
  • Daily Interaction and Coaching with Sales, Customer Service and Scheduling Reps to improve KPIs
  • Work closely with Scheduling and Sales Departments to Fulfill Appointment Schedule
  • Daily interface with HR, Install, Accounting, Dispatch
  • Increase and Retain Staff
  • Maintain a positive, goal-oriented, fun culture
  • Scheduling, Policy Enforcement, Progressive Discipline
  • Managing Onsite and Virtual Reps

  • Motivation / Contest Creation & Administration

Work Hours: Full Time

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent managerial experience

  • 4+ years’ working experience; leadership experience, including staffing/scheduling preferred
  • Strong technical skills with common administrative tools, including: Google Suite

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
