Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will join a world-class Sales team at a leading Fintech firm reinventing how the world’s top companies manage their stock plans. We are looking for ambitious professionals looking to have a footprint in a hyper-growth organization to capitalize on this expanding market space. Your primary goal as an SDR will be to generate interest in the Global Shares offering with C-Suite executives resulting in scheduled meetings for our sales leaders. You will have access to leading sales technologies to increase productivity (make more money). This is a great opportunity to further develop a successful career in sales.
What you will do:
- Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers
- Use our sales engagement platform to reach out toprospects that will benefit from the Global Shares offering
- Craft email scripts, voicemail messages and social messages to maximise engagement as part of a balanced, multi-channel approach
- Conduct high volume prospecting viaphone(a minimum of 100 callsper day)
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies
- Schedule online product demonstrations for Sales Executives
- Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the Global Shares offering, the equity plan industry, competition, market happenings and trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales opportunity and meetings set goals
- Log and maintain all activity in MicrosoftDynamicsCRM
What you will have:
- 1-3 years ofsales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- An honest and genuine approach to helping potential customers
- Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value. Cold-calling experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professionaldemeanor on the phone
- Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
- Highly intelligent,passionate,ambitious, and a team player
- Dedicated to continuous learning and building a career in sales
