Our furniture is made of HDPE, which is a furniture-grade engineered lumber made from post-consumer recyclables. Sustainability is at the heart of our product and also how it is manufactured. This position will be scheduled to work 40 hours weekly.

This is not a commission-based position!

The store hours are: Monday - Friday (11AM-7PM); Saturday (11AM-6PM); Sunday (Closed). Must be available to work Saturdays!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide a great customer experience
• Greet and help customers and use your product expertise to assist with whatever is needed to facilitate the selection and purchase of our high-end furniture
• Prepare and process sales quotes and orders
• Build rapport with customers by demonstrating product knowledge
• Assist customers both in person and over the phone
• Help maintain a clean and presentable retail store

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience (beneficial but not required)
• Microsoft Office Experience as well as general computer skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Passion for teamwork
• Possess a personable and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible and can adapt to changing priorities and direction
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Show initiative, regularly engage in proactive behavior, and look for opportunities
• Ability to pick up on new material quickly
• Detail orientated and take pride in your work
