Now Hiring - Unagi Inc - Manufacturing Sales Associates in New York, NY

We are looking for Part Time and Full Time Sales Associates for our NYC store. Our Sales Associates are the lifeblood of the store - we are counting on them to connect with customers and represent the Unagi brand in a knowledgeable and passionate way. If you’re into e-scooters, this job is for you!

Our ideal candidate is excited about transportation technology, micromobility, emerging consumer trends, and would consider him or herself an “early adopter.” We are building a retail team with a passion for great customer service, and who love to help others learn about the latest tech, and we need Sales Associates to help motivate and guide our customers. How you'll contribute

• Handle daily processes of the store as needed by the Retail Operations Lead

• Assist Unagi customers through the discovery, experience, and purchase process

• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products in the showroom; attend trainings and keep current with product research and FAQs

• Be able to speak to Unagi’s vision and mission statement with customers

• Assist with in-store events

• Help clean, organize, and restock the showroom

• Assist as needed with merchandising and inventory management

What you'll bring

• Be comfortable in a high-touch customer-facing retail role

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience

• Excited about new and emerging technology

• Passionate about creating a dynamic customer experience

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
