The Executive Producer of Culture is responsible and leads the entire sales process. This includes; prospecting new leads, contacting past clients and future, potential clients and presenting the world-famous and award-winning FISH! Training Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:·
Develop and close new business deals via phone and online collaboration tools.
· Renew and expand relationships with existing customers.
· Identify and generate new business.
· Quickly qualify prospects and assess the necessary steps to complete a new business transaction.
· Manage and maintain the velocity of all deals through the pipeline.
· Achieve and exceed quarterly quota goals.
· Document all activities and forecast business diligently within Infusionsoft CRM software
Job Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
· 2+ years demonstrated selling skills and a consistent track record of closing sales, from existing customers and new business in a dynamic, automated selling environment.
· A natural ability to generate positive relationships with both customers and prospects.
· Ability to cold call into a large number of accounts to generate a pipeline with qualified opportunities.
· Proficiency with CRM software as well as standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.).
· Experience using social networking tools in a professional capacity.
· Training solutions experience in a B2B environment is a strong plus
