What You Will Do:
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the sales goals and increases the client base and revenues. Responsible for day-to day operations, supervising employees, and ensuring customer service is in line with our WE CARE values.

• Supervise the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.
• Expands business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
• Deals with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise
• Increases new business by initiating contact with prospects through local store marketing efforts, community involvement, calling warm leads (face-to-face and phone), quote calls, and walk-ins to build interest, match needs with products and services, and close the sale to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals.
• Involved in the interview of candidates and training new employees

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines Insurance preferred, but not required
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skill
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
• Ambitious professional who is motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
