National Property Management Company seeking full-time Assistant Property Manager for Section 8/LIHTC property in Norton, MA. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Move In/Recertification's - Section 8/LIHTC

Invoice Processing

Waitlist Management

Rent Collection

Month Open and Close

Candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written along with strong computer skills.

Previous Property Management experience with Section 8/LIHTC is required. Knowledge of OneSite and bilingual and knowledge of Real Page Products is a plus!
