• Rapid response to customer inquiries via internet and phone.
• Project a friendly, helpful demeanor while communicating with guests.
• Work in coordination with the BDC staff in a team-oriented setting, the goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
• Processing both in-bound and out-bound phone calls to distribute information effectively.
• Partner with BDC management/Sales Management as required to meet customer expectations
