GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Sales Concierge will function as the customer’s primary point of contact from the time the contract is ratified with finance approval through the 65-day post-close call.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and/or coordinate all meetings and appointments that a customer has in the community after contract, attending them when possible. This includes, but is not limited to, Design Studio, Plan Review, Pre-Drywall walk through and Welcome Home Celebration. • Weekly communication with each customer along with the Project Manager, from the time of contract ratification through two weeks after closing. • Put together and deliver personalized closing gifts for each customer. • Complete the 65-day post-close call procedure with each customer. • Communicate with Realtors, Lenders, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, and others throughout the process as needed to maintain good relationships and meet important deadlines. • Assist customer with any daily questions they may have after contract. Some examples: o Customer requests access to the home to get measurements or other needs o Customer thinks a mistake was made with their home (colors, options, etc.) o Customer has a question about utilities o Customer needs a recommendation for fencing company, internet provider, interior decorator etc. o Customer needs a copy of their contract or other paperwork (All calls or emails from customers should be returned ASAP, but always before 24 hours.) • Assist NHC and PM with neighborhood presentation and “Shiny Face” checklists by making sure that the community looks clean and presentable to all visitors and customers. • Staff communities when a salesperson is not on site. Being in the community sales office daily/weekly is a very important part of the Sales Concierge position. The Sales Concierge should be available to the customers to answer any questions and help with any issues should they arise. Position hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Prior sales experience of 2+ years (preferred) • Obtain real estate license • People skills to articulately and professionally handle interaction with customers, team members, trade partners, and general public.

REPORTS TO: Division Sales Manager WORKS WITH: All internal departments, Marketing Director, New Home Consultants, Project Managers, Lenders, Realtors, Customers, and general public LEADS: NA
