About Precision Cut Industries

Precision Cut Industries is a growing, high-tech metal fabrication contract manufacturer. Our culture is driven by our desire to deliver world class customer service and we are seeking a disciplined results-based Account Manager that can be part of our dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

- · Responsible for the overall customer relationship management with existing accounts assigned from the following target industries:

o Food & Beverage

o Conveyance

o Curtain Wall

o Energy & Technology

o Medical & Pharmaceutical

o HVAC

o Electronics

· Perform the following tasks related to business with existing customers:

o Project management – ownership of daily orders and workflow

o Identify new opportunities with current customers by creating monthly PSC (Professional Sales Calls) in-person or virtually

o Support Proposal Engineering in developing proposals

o Sales forecasting & budgeting

o Onboard awarded opportunities

o Perform annual business reviews with assigned customers to identify the overall value provided from PCI to the customer and seek out new opportunities.

Work with Operations to oversee orders to ensure:

o On-time delivery

o Quality

o Costing within budget

o Process improvements to improve profitability

Work Schedule Requirements

• This role is on site in a professional, team-driven work environment
• Trave is regional with occasional overnight travel as required

Education & Experience Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of project management or B2B industrial sales experience preferably in the metals industry

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
