Sales Executive

Commercial Works Inc. (CWI) is an industry leading provider of new office furniture and workplace services, with a proud history of over 46-years of knowledge and experience. We are seeking to add a highly motivated, driven and competitive Sales Executives for our Indianapolis, IN; branch operation. The ideal candidate is a business professional that will compete every day, promote and sell our story, our people and our services and will impact our business, as well as coworkers.

Founded in 1973 as a provider of labor services for local customers, CWI has grown from moving and storage to a full-service, Regional leader in contract furniture sales. A Sales Executive for CWI has the ability to provide customers the full breadth of products and services we offer with absolute confidence. These services, along with the knowledge, experience and laser focused customer service has propelled Commercial Works into 5 states and allows us to sell globally.

The Right Person Will Succeed By:

· Networking, cold calling and converting leads into satisfied customers

· Build upon relationships and expand our services

· Generating awareness, interest and enthusiasm for Commercial Works via social media

· Provide customers with knowledge and creative solutions

· Support your teammates and coworkers

· Manage day to day relationships with existing clients and expand services

· Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers to identify opportunities early

· Collaborate and work with A&D to meet functional, aesthetic and budgetary requirements

· Follow plans that maximize penetration and retention of existing accounts

· Work with company leaders to provide cross-selling opportunities

· Follow a plan and strategies for sales growth

· Some local, regional and national travel maybe required

The Right Person Has:

· A clean, sharp, business professional appearance

· Sales aptitude, competitive attitude, and drive

· A working knowledge of workplace environments and the commercial furniture industry

· Customer-focused mentality, a high degree of integrity, responsiveness and reliability

· High energy, competitive spirit and a strong work ethic

· 1-3 years of industry related work experience preferred

· Strong leadership qualities

· Social media savvy

· Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable automobile transportation and current auto insurance, must be authorized to work in the United States & have an acceptable background history and MVR.
