Position Description:

As an Executive Assistant for the Sales department, you will help support our North American and European sales territories. Excellent communication and organizational skills are pertinent to being successful in this role. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets based on sales activities. This position will allow you to join a wonderful group of hard workers who are dedicated to bettering themselves and the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to increase sales and improve product penetration to market
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports based on sales related projects and activities
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services offered
• Distribute customer correspondence and other documents
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, excellent planning and organization skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
