Pay is $60,000/year base salary, plus commission with no cap to commission. Really good sales reps should easily make over $120K a year.

This is a unique sales position for someone who has high energy and an engaging personality. This is also a great position for someone who is looking to advance in their career and eventuallylead the sales team.

We sell high end, custom family portraits- Our prices start at $1,500. and go upwards of $30,000 so there is plenty of money to be made! Amazing sales candidates must be comfortable working with High-Net-Worth individuals and sometimes celebrities.

Responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for guiding our clients through an in-person presentation, so presentation skills and memorization are key.

· Determining needs and advising customers on their purchases

· There will be some client prospecting, but we mostly bring the clients to you.

· Demonstrates effective closing skills

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· Handling customer purchase paperwork

· Post-sales client care when necessary

· Uphold all company policies and procedures

Position Requirements:

· You must be great at building rapport and establishing client relationships.

· Sets personal goals and loves to smash company goals.

· Is self-motivated, reliable and loves coming to work.

· Can handle constructive criticism and knows how to use it to their advantage.

· Can think outside of the box and easily adapt to different personalities and situations.

· Possess strong negotiation skills and has the ability to follow-through.

· Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be an active listener and presenter.

· Must be available Tuesday through Saturday
