JOB SUMMARY:

We’re searching for a reliable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience with Salesfoce, Odoo, or any other related applications. You need to have the ability to work with multiple teams company and country wide. Previous experience in Sales is required. Cannabis and Vape/Smoke Industry experience is highly desirable.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize sales revenue by selling and managing simultaneous initiatives and programs, such as promotions, pricing strategies, new products, and merchandising to newer accounts
  • Provide stellar customer service to accounts, such as facilitating order deliveries, payment arrangements, etc.
  • Provide miscellaneous sales support services as needed by HQ
  • Develop innovative ways to improve one’s territory or team’s performance
  • Provide feedback to Sales Leadership Team on opportunities
  • Update CRM software and other internal tracking systems in a responsible, timely manner
  • Travel within the state for face to face client visits, trade shows, meetings, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred, but not required
  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
  • Odoo experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to convey energy, friendliness, and customer service over the phone for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A resilient and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset
  • A true team player willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
