Join our team of dedicated professionals at Post Road Management, a national property management firm. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our office.

Requirements:

• MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel)
• Internet/Email proficiency
• AppFolio proficiency (a plus)
• Clean criminal background check
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma (College a plus)
• Customer service orientation & detail-oriented
• Availability to work overtime & weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

• General office work
• Rent collection
• Managing delinquent accounts
• Customer service
• Scheduling showings
• Records Management
• Creating & posting rental ads
• Preparing court documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
