Job Summary:

Attention All Insurance Agents!

Are you looking to add to your income? Kemper Health pays 35% commission on the initial first term premium and 10% of net base renewal premium.

Kemper Health policies have no coordination of benefits with other policies. They can be used to supplement any health plans to make those high deductibles workable. Kemper policies can also be stacked to provide stand alone health coverage.

Kemper Health is looking for men and women who would like an opportunity to earn a great living, work a flexible schedule, and be a part of a dynamic sales team as we help individuals and small businesses all around the state. Agents have access to:

- Brag-worthy commission schedule and renewals.
In 2018, of producing sales agents with at least one year of experience:

• 50 percent brought home an average income of $100K.
• 20 percent averaged an income of $160K.

Kemper Health has one of THE strongest renewal commissions in the industry.

- Training available for qualified candidates. Once you become licensed and appointed with us, you'll receive hands on training to give you the tools you need to be successful. Our training includes in office instruction as well as joint sales appointments, so you get first-hand experience while receiving coaching from one of our experienced sales managers.

- A clear pathway for advancement. We're looking to open new offices. We are expanding our footprint. For the right individual, management opportunities are abundant.

- A broad portfolio of Life and Health products to sell. Whether your sales are on the exchange, off the exchange, senior market, or to someone who has no insurance at all, we have proven strategies with the products you need to help just about anyone in todays marketplace.

Skills:

• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Life/Health Insurance licensing will be required before starting
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work with goals

This position is Commission Based.
