Responsibilities:
- Manage, inspire, and motivate
- Responsible for the day-to-day function of a team of 8-10 Account Executives
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Provide additional reports as requested
- Responsible for driving incremental growth by researching and identifying business opportunities
- Responsible for the daily mentorship, direction, and coaching of a team of Account Executives
- Perform 1:1s and a monthly pipeline review
- Responsible for lead generation strategies and account growth strategies
- Along with leadership, assist in generating sales strategies
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies via technology or processes
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals
- Must have the managerial ability to effectively organize, communicate and direct people.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor
- Ability to manage stressful situations and quickly change priorities while remaining calm
- Proactive, energetic, self-starter
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
- Good analytical and quantitative skills
Requirements:
- College Degree or MBA (preferred)
- Proven track record of sales success with closing new business
- 2-5 years of proven leadership experience, sales preferred
- Goal Oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
