Responsibilities:

  • Manage, inspire, and motivate
  • Responsible for the day-to-day function of a team of 8-10 Account Executives
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Provide additional reports as requested
  • Responsible for driving incremental growth by researching and identifying business opportunities
  • Responsible for the daily mentorship, direction, and coaching of a team of Account Executives
  • Perform 1:1s and a monthly pipeline review
  • Responsible for lead generation strategies and account growth strategies
  • Along with leadership, assist in generating sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies via technology or processes

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals
  • Must have the managerial ability to effectively organize, communicate and direct people.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and quickly change priorities while remaining calm
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills

Requirements:

  • College Degree or MBA (preferred)
  • Proven track record of sales success with closing new business
  • 2-5 years of proven leadership experience, sales preferred
  • Goal Oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
