Ecore International business is growing and we're adding three new Sales roles in 2023 to support it!This new Sales Manager role will manage the region around Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. You will have multiple products and brands through various sales and distribution channels. Sales Managers own the full sales process from business development, generating leads, building relationships with current customers, attending industry trade shows, call and visit customers - you own it all! And at the end of the day, you'll have worked with great people to make a positive impact on people's well-being and on our planet.
Internally, we call this position Territory Representative. What you'll be doing: Provide our customers with products that will maximize performance for people and the planet. Build awareness of our solutions and educate customers in many industries: fitness, hospitality, sports, education, government, retail, health and wellness, and office spaces. Drive revenue forecasts and sales through prospecting, selling and closing new and existing projects and accounts.
- Inside and outside qualifying and selling targeting architects, contractors, sub-contractors and dealers/re-sellers for multiple products and brands. Manage and develops relationships with existing sales and distribution channels. Communicate customer and account requirements for existing and new customers to customer service group. Report on selling, customer and territory activity, market trends, growth strategies and competition.
- Assist on special projects, product launch, warehousing and customer pricing models, sales report and strategies and new product development. Participate and work national trade shows -includes set-up, tear down, show management, sales and customer contact and lead follow-up. Manage Salesforce.com database to prospect, qualify and sell projects and to manage related parties in projects. Develop innovative solutions to change with our customers' needs.
- Travel required throughout the territory to visit customers.
