Busy Real Estate Development office is in need of a experienced Property Manager in Downtown Oakland.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Experience with Tax Credit, CTCAC, HUD or Low Income Housing is a plus!
• Experience with Yardi, Rent Manager (a plus), and Microsoft Office Software.
• Screening applicants and prospective tenants.
• Move in / Move out process.
• Lease agreements
• Monthly rent collections. Sending outstanding notices.
• Maintain delinquency and vacancy reports.
• Maintenance requests and work orders.
• Knowledge of online marketing.
• Administrative tasks.
• Answering high volume / multi-line phone system.
• Drafting correspondence and documents.
• Spanish speaking is a plus
