SUMMARY:
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy for surgical procedures, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors. Provides business development management for surgical growth plans support with CEO, FO. Provides administrative direction to marketing staff under the direction of CEO, and FO. Maintains strategic planning for business growth, etc.
*Salary is negotiated on experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following;
· Research to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition;
· Grow leads and referrals for all business lines organically;
· Create marketing collateral, including e-mail blasts and websites;
· Coordinate surgical patients billing process;
· Management of online reputation;
· Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content;
· Planning, concept development, and execution of print and media campaigns;
· Monitoring corporate communication plans and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage;
· Maintain organization of Web sites: with up to date pictures, announcements, attendance;
· Develops and provides marketing and public relations programs that promote practices and regional events;
· Designs, negotiates, and buys advertising in local media and implements plans to market events and products;
· Maintains database of media, and advertising contacts;
· Assists in writing and distributing press releases, and produce media kits;
· Direct and support all business development functions related to growth of business;
· Travel to maintain and grow relationships with employers, workers compensation carriers, hospitals, urgent cares and local businesses to meet business growth objectives;
· Plan, develop and implement strategies for business development to meet organizational performance plans within established budgets and timelines;
· Establish and maintain appropriate systems and metrics for measuring necessary aspects of development management, and organizational business development performance;
· Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems;
· Attend and/or present at external customer meetings and/or internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties;
· Manage and control business development departmental expenditure within budgets as set forth by CEO and FO;
· Secure best possible outcomes for the organization through positive and productive negotiations with workers compensation, and employers etc;
· Maintain and develop existing and new patient sources through appropriate referral propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaisons, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction;
· Plan, implement and support, in cooperation with marketing team, marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales; and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing;
· Provide an efficient and effective communication flow between all levels of the organization;
· Execute the responsibilities of a senior manager according to lawful and ethical standards, as referenced in employee handbook;
· Comply with current HIPPA and OSHA guidelines to ensure the safety and privacy of the patients, physicians, vendors and employees;
· Draft routine correspondence with organizational guidelines;
· Perform other duties of projects as assigned by executive management.
