If you are a self-starter, a good listener, problem solver and have previous sales and sales management experience, this position may be ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Agency Manager in a variety of sales management functions including but not limited to: daily coaching and mentoring of Licensed Agents; daily monitoring of Licensed Agent phone calls from their respective desks as well as silent monitoring
• Partner with the Agency Manager of to establish clearly defined and achievable sales results within the division and ensure division performance measures are met and/or exceeded including inbound ACD call management and outbound call performance
• Review daily statistics including but not limited to: Average Speed to Answer, Call abandonment percentage, active rate, working rate, number of inbound and outbound calls, average talk time, calls per hour, applications sent and sales completed as well as overall presentation and sales skills
• Oversite of Lead program including procedures, distribution and suggesting areas of improvement with Licensed Agents. Assisting in determining appropriate lead flows to each Licensed Agent
• Promote the companys product portfolio with specialization in the designated insurance products
• Direct supervision of the Insuractive Licensed Agents. Supervisory responsibilities include: in conjunction with the Agency Manager assigning/checking work, plan/appraise job results, annual performance reviews within the employees anniversary date month, coordinating scheduling needs; new hire orientation and training; and providing policy and operational leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone
• Personable and professional
• Active insurance license is preferred, or must obtain within 30 days of employment
• Passion to help others
• Drive to succeed
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Sales management preferred but not required
