Full description of the position

Overview:
The purpose of this position is to assist the Financial Services Financial Consultant and Financial Services client. In this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team to support the Financial Consultant and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Open and service client accounts
Administrative duties for office such as answering phones
Prepare reports for presentations, expense reports, and report distribution
Maintain client and compliance files
Coordinate scheduling of appointments for Financial Consultants
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:


Required:

  • College education or 2 – 4 years work experience
  • Computer data entry skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Time Management skills
  • Securities Industry Examination preferred
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
