Position will be a second Marketing Person for the Community and position can be either Full-Time or Part-Time

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Establishes and nurtures collaborative relationships with referral sources and internal/external community members.

2. Assists in developing and implementing community marketing strategies including coordinating interdisciplinary marketing activities to improve name recognition for. Targeted marketing groups include physicians, discharge planners, social workers and the community.

3. Census Development

4. Sales/Marketing Processes

5. Referral Management

6. Pricing Strategies/Competitive Analysis

7. External/Internal Business Development

8. Customer Service

9. ElderMark

10. Reporting

11. Weekly Calls

12. Maintains confidentiality of information of the department and potential residents.

13. Contributes to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance.

14. Demonstrates commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Inspirit Senior Living.

15. Collaborates with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the community.

Qualifications: Education College Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Experience Three (3) to five (5) years long-term care experience. Licensure N/A Testing Pre-placement drug test required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to read, write and understand English. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to waiting list and entitlement programs. Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions without supervision.
