South Louisiana luxury dealer is currently seeking an experienced General Manager as well as a General Sales Manager to bring the Sales Department at our luxury dual franchise dealership to the next level in efficiency, CSI, and profitability. The successful candidate must possess excellent managerial skills, have a proven track record, a strong desire to drive dealership profitability and exceptional customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focus on creating world class customer service to create lifelong customers
• Train, motivate, review, and manage staff performance in a fast-paced environment
• Provide synergy throughout Sales, Service and Parts departments.
• Establish and achieve profit goals by meeting sales targets and goals.
• Remain well informed on all trends, vehicle changes, and factory bulletins.
• Attend and complete regular training provided by dealership and factory
• Other responsibilities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Luxury franchise experience strongly preferred
• Recent experience with CDK applications strongly preferred
• Customer focused with excellent customer relations ability
• Ability to develop and implement department processes
• Management skills to motivate, develop, and discipline staff
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage support staff
• Results oriented with the drive and desire to succeed
• Needs to be upbeat and positive with a desire to cultivate and motivate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
