Are you Do you have experience working with Home Owners Associations or in Property Management? Are you looking for a great company to build a career? We are seeking experienced professionals for multiple clients throughout Austin.

Duties:

• Making day to day phone calls with associations
• Handling property issues
• Property walks (oversee landscape, etc.)
• Contacting maintenance when needed
• Conducting HOA meeting once fully trained
• Taking minutes at HOA meetings
• Oversee budgets for meetings
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Project planning
• Working closely with contractors

Requirements

• Previous experience in Homeowner Association Management or Large Community Management is preferred
• Property Management experience in any industry will also be relevant (apartment, commercial, etc.)
• Strong Communication Skills (orally and written)
• Able to attend Board Meetings in the evenings
• Computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in creating operating budgets
• Experience with reading and understanding financial statements
• Ability to multitask
• Organize and maintain projects
• Valid driver’s license
