Maintenance Sales Rep

This OUTSIDE SALES/NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT position involves:

· Generating sales leads with prospecting and cold calling*

· Securing and completing concept meetings.

· Performing surveys and cost analysis.

· Presenting proposals at the Manager, Director and Executive levels.

* This is not an account management/milk-run position so cold calling is constantly REQUIRED. This position sells a financial/ROI concept – not a technical solution. Training, company computer and cell phone are provided. Your effort dictates your earnings potential!

Requirements:

The individual we are seeking must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings.

· Technical knowledge in the HVAC industry is NOT a requirement; HVAC/R, Electrical or Industrial/Commercial Service Selling experience would be a plus.

· College Degree is preferred.

· Must be self disciplined, results driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance.

· Leadership character along with the desire, ability and skills to manage the entire sales cycle is essential.

· Your ability to master the skills required for this position can potentially open many new career options.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
