The Business Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated, hungry and coachable. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs, bring his expertise in prospecting and managing top of funnel activities and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically, with the ultimate goal of closing deals and growing Fiverr’s pipeline of high value opportunities.
Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound manual and automated (via prospecting tools) outreach to engage prospects and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels
- Conduct high level question-based consultative discovery calls and uncover prospects’ business challenges
- Perform effective online demos to relevant prospects and see the process all the way to closure
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal business solutions, marketing and customer success teams
- Improve sales processes and skills to increase sales success rates
- Consistently achieve your activity goals
- Additional responsibilities as needed
What are the qualifications?
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development or prospecting, preferably selling technology services and/or software
- G-Suite and CRM experience
- Naturally curious and enjoys seeking out knowledge online in industry publications and by following industry leaders
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Competitive, self motivated and self-directed. Able to learn fast on your fit.
- Strong emotional intelligence skills to master Customer empathy
- Strong interpersonal skills and superior verbal and communication skills via written word, on the phone, and in meetings
- Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
- Ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
