Full description of the position

A sales associate is responsible for assisting customers with their purchases of various tiles, tile setting material, and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders
• Assist customers with selection of material
• Assist with inventory control
• Have a full understanding of material
• Learn and master the layout of the showroom

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow employees
• Ability to learn flooring software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Passion for design and decorating a space
• Previous experience with tile (not necessary, but a plus)
• Multilingual (not necessary, but a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
