Commercial Sales Manager / Account Territory Manager is responsible for analyzing and creating executable plans with a named market/territory. Sales Manager will ensure their plan aligns with the company’s overall strategies and goals and create new business, maintain current partnerships, and achieve expected sales goals/targets.
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Calibrate and maintain healthy business relationships locations.
- Utilize company’s CRM (Salesforce) to reengage with existing customers, and prospects and create new sales opportunities.
- Be an expert in knowing the competition.
- Act as a leader in the organization.
- Utilize Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media and on line resources to create new sales opportunities.
- Be performance and goal driven and think outside the box.
- Self-manage responsibilities and priorities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Outside Sales experience with demonstrated success.
- Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- CRM Experience.
- Must have demonstrable competency with computers (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
